🏡 Layout and comfort: The house opens onto a spacious living room with lounge area, large TV, a dining area with table and an open kitchen, modern and functional and fully equipped with a bar. Two large bay windows allow you to enjoy two terraces: one with a dining area and the other, furnished with deckchairs for relaxing in complete tranquility with a covered part to enjoy at any time of the year.
In the main house, 2 bedrooms: one with 160cm bed and storage space, with private bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and towel dryer. It has a private access to the outside. The second bedroom, opposite the first, is more spacious and offers a dressing room, a private bathroom with large walk-in shower, double sink, dryer and towel heater. It also has access to the terrace. In the hallway, a third shower room with shower, sink and towel dryer as well as a guest toilet complete the set.
Outside, independent, the fourth bedroom with 140cm bed, dressing room, television, private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and towel dryer as well as a lounge area.
Above, a solarium with terrace redone allows you to enjoy the sun while being in the middle of the pines.
