🏡 Layout and comfort:
Out of sight, in the heart of nature, you will be instantly seduced by the volumes, the quality of renovation, the neat decoration, the garden and the heated pool that offers this villa.

The vast living room consists of a living room with 2 sofas and armchairs, a dining area with large wooden table and benches, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dining area, separate and can be independent thanks to a very beautiful glass roof. The whole is bathed in light and facing outwards.
A large terrace extends the whole with several distinct spaces; A first covered part with a first wrought iron table for 6, an outdoor lounge consisting of 2 sofas, a hammock, the second part of the terrace leads to the 6x4 heated pool secured by a bar tarp. 2 Chilean, 2 deck chairs and a large wooden table with 2 benches complete this bright outdoor area. A plancha is available on the kitchen side.

On this same level, 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed, storage space and its private shower and sink, the second with 2 beds in 90cm bunk, storage space and again private shower and sink. The 2 bedrooms have access to the partly covered terrace leading to the kitchen.
Independent toilet with washbasin.

The upper floor offers a spacious master suite with 180cm bed, several storage spaces and its private bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and double sink. This suite features a quiet ceiling fan, and benefits from a Basin overview.

On the lower level, 2 additional suites each with a 160 cm bed, storage space, private shower and sink. They have access to the garden. A laundry area and a freezer decorate this garden level.
All rooms (except the suite occupying the last level) have independent access to the outside.

🌿 Exterior:
The exterior offers a large area corresponding to the part of the house built on stilts that will allow to leave bikes, boards and surf suits for example.

Finally, the parking allows to accommodate several vehicles and do everything on foot or by bike. Several gates allow faster access by private roads to the beach, to the ocean (crossing the road of Cap-Ferret).

📍 Location:
The villa is less than 100 metres walk from the Canon jetty, the first shops: bakeries, butcher's, rotisserie, pharmacy, pizzeria, oyster huts with a Bassin view, restaurants, Casino shop.
A 650-metre walk takes you to the beach of the village of L'Herbe, with its famous staircase offering a panoramic view of the Dune du Pyla. Here too, oyster huts and restaurants promise wonderful memories.

The unmissable Piraillan market is 1.5km away, and the ocean and supervised beaches are less than 2.5km away (8 minutes by bike). The Cap-Ferret market square is 6km away, just under 20 minutes by bike. Some of the routes are safe thanks to the nearby cycle paths. Something for everyone for a successful holiday on the Cap-Ferret peninsula.
