Welcome to this elegant single-storey T2 apartment, ideally located in the heart of Arcachon, just 300 meters from the train station and 600 meters from the Thiers pier, the Bassin beaches, shops and restaurants. Nestled on the first floor of a recently renovated secure building, it offers a comfortable, intimate setting for a stay for two.

🏡 Layout and comfort:
The 42 m² apartment opens onto a convivial living room, comprising a cosy lounge, a high table with 4 seats and a fully-equipped open kitchen (hob, hood, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker...). All this gives access to a vast 40 m² L-shaped terrace, facing north-west, which runs all the way around the apartment.
The sleeping area comprises a large, bright bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and dressing room. A bay window provides direct access to the terrace, out of sight, for a gentle wake-up call.
A hallway leads to an attractive bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet.
The windows and bay windows are all fitted with electric roller shutters for added comfort and security.

🌿 Exterior:
The large private terrace offers a variety of spaces for relaxation and living:
A dining table with 6 chairs
Two chiliennes for relaxing
A storage space for bicycles
A sliding door ensures privacy while limiting exposure to the wind
A private parking space is also included in the residence, a real plus in the city center.
Please note that the garden wall is currently undergoing work.

Right in the center of Arcachon, everything is within walking distance: beach, market, stores, restaurants, train station... An ideal location for discovering the town without transport constraints.
