🏡 Layout and comforts:
With a floor area of around 130 m², the villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Entry is via a secure electric gate, with the option of parking two vehicles inside the property.
Designed by an architect, the house is arranged around a vast living room bathed in natural light. The space comprises a lounge with television, a dining area with a large table for 6, and a modern, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The central island with its 6 bar-style seats invites conviviality and shared moments.
The ground floor also houses a master suite with king-size bed (180 cm), opening directly onto the poolside terrace. The en suite bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and separate WC. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and second fridge.

🛌 Upstairs:
Two comfortable bedrooms make up the sleeping area. One has two single beds (90 cm) that can be combined into a double bed (160 cm), the other a 160 cm double bed. They share a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
The entire villa is air-conditioned for optimum comfort in all seasons.

🌿 Outside:
The villa opens onto two carefully landscaped wooden terraces: garden furniture, sun loungers, dining area with bioclimatic pergola... everything is designed for indoor-outdoor living. The heated swimming pool (8x3 m) is equipped with an electric cover to ensure the safety of young children while keeping the pool warm. A summer kitchen with plancha and water point completes the outdoor features.

Ideally located in the peaceful and friendly district of La Hume, the villa allows you to take full advantage of the pleasures of the Bassin: oyster port, beaches within walking distance, local shops, restaurants, coastal paths and cycle tracks. An ideal location for a relaxing and active holiday.
