The villa has three distinct sleeping areas, designed to guarantee privacy and comfort for everyone:

The first comprises a double bedroom (160 cm bed) and a children's bedroom with three bunk beds (90 cm) and a cot. A shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC complete this area.

The second is a spacious suite (160 cm bed), with dressing room and private shower room.

The third area houses a flexible bedroom with two 80 cm beds (which can be made up to 180 cm), a bathroom with bath, shower, changing table and separate WC, as well as a master suite with 160 cm bed, dressing room, shower room with private WC and direct access to the swimming pool.

The entire house is air-conditioned, and equipped for family stays: board games, childcare equipment, very well-stocked kitchen, new, comfortable bedding.

🌿 Outside:
A first terrace welcomes you with a secure swimming pool (4.5 m x 2 m, 1.40 m deep, with sliding mobile terrace), a cosy outdoor lounge, 6 sun loungers and a real relaxation area.
To the rear, a large dining table sheltered by an electric awning, a plancha, a children's dining area, a boules area and a closed garage for storing bicycles complete the facilities.
In the basement, a large utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge with freezer, beer tap and pantry storage is at your disposal.

Situated in a highly sought-after area of Le Pyla, less than 200 metres from the beach and just 3 km from Le Moulleau (accessible by bike via cycle paths) and 1.8 km from La Co(o)rniche, this villa is the ideal starting point for doing everything on foot or by bike.
Parking is also available on the street (free of charge, with due respect for neighbours).
