🌲 Welcome to Villa sous les Pins, a beautiful single-story family villa, recently renovated and redesigned to offer a peaceful, modern, and welcoming vacation setting. Accommodating 8 to 9 people, this light-filled house offers a perfect balance of comfort, elegance, and conviviality, just steps from the beaches and amenities of Arcachon.

The villa opens onto a vast, bright living area comprising two inviting lounges, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped separate kitchen. An adjoining laundry room is available, complete with a washing machine, sink, storage space, and a second refrigerator for added convenience.
The sleeping area is cleverly divided into two distinct zones:
- The first sleeping area features two bright bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed, a wardrobe, and shelves. They share a contemporary polished concrete bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity unit, and separate toilet.
- A second sleeping area is located upstairs, offering a landing that leads to two large bedrooms, also with a 160cm bed, one of which is spacious and also accommodates a 90cm bed suitable for a child. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and separate toilet.
The contemporary and tasteful decor, the high ceilings, and the omnipresent light make the Villa sous les Pins a true haven of peace.

🌿 Outdoors & Garden
Secluded from view, a large west-facing terrace awaits you to fully enjoy sunny days or summer evenings.
It is equipped with a dining table, a large parasol, a sofa with armchairs, deck chairs, and a barbecue for your outdoor meals.
The fully enclosed garden allows for secure parking and sheltered bicycle storage.
