As soon as you arrive, you'll immediately be seduced by the warm, typically ‘Ferret Capienne’ atmosphere. The ground floor comprises a spacious living room with a functional fireplace, a convivial dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, extended by a pantry. This space opens onto a terrace with a dining area, as well as an unoverlooked garden with swimming pool.
Also on the first level, an elegant suite with a 160 cm bed has its own shower room. Two further bedrooms share a bathroom, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a top-of-the-range sofa bed (140 cm) from the famous Cabanes & Châteaux boutique in Bordeaux.
On the second floor, you'll find a vast master suite with a king-size bed, private shower room, large dressing room and adjoining study. A pleasant terrace perched among the trees completes this level, offering additional space for relaxation.
In the basement, there is a large utility room, plenty of storage space and a secure garage. You can also park in the private driveway or directly inside the villa.

🌿 Outside: The unoverlooked wooded garden is a haven of peace. Take advantage of the heated swimming pool, ideal for cooling off after a day on the beach. An outdoor shower with hot water adds an extra touch of comfort when you return from a swim. The landscaped terrace is perfect for sharing al fresco meals.
