In the main house: A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms; One suite with a 160cm bed and direct access to the terrace, a private bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double washbasin, towel warmer and large dressing room; Two spacious bedrooms, also with 160cm beds, one opening onto the terrace, the other onto the garden. The bedrooms share a shower room with walk-in shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail. Separate wc with washbasin.

In the annex, independent of the house: Two double bedrooms with 160 cm beds, share a shower room with shower and wc, each has a cupboard and one is equipped with a small fridge.

🌿 Outside: The villa has a large terrace extending from the living area, with a dining area, a plancha, a relaxation area with sofa and sun loungers. Two armchairs near the entrance invite you to relax. The ever-present vegetation adds a soothing ambience. Two gates provide parking for up to 3 vehicles inside the property. Exterior lighting.
