🏡 Sleeps up to 6 with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140cm x 190cm). The second bedroom has a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and bunk beds (2 x 90 cm). A modern bathroom, with waxed concrete floor, features a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet that can be isolated.

Layout and comforts: On one level, this luminous villa features high ceilings, a welcoming living room and a convivial dining room. A semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen extends this living space outwards.

🌿 Outside: Enjoy a partially covered terrace with a dining table for your outdoor meals. You'll also find two outdoor shower cabins (hot and cold water), a plancha, two sun loungers and a Jacuzzi, a rarity in the area.

📍 Location: The villa is ideally situated for discovering the peninsula on foot. You'll be :
- 8 minutes from La Truquette beach on the Bassin side
- 12 minutes by bike from the local market in Piraillan (open in summer)
- 3 minutes from local shops (grocery store, bakery)
