🏡 Layout and comfort: The villa opens onto a spacious living area bathed in light thanks to its double exposure and high ceilings. This space includes a warm living room, a convivial dining room, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. The night area is divided into two distinct zones for greater privacy:
Master suite: one bedroom with 160 cm bed, overlooking the pool, with private shower room (walk-in shower, basin) and dressing room.
Second area: two bedrooms with double 160 cm beds and a children's bedroom with three beds (a bunk bed with two 80 cm beds and a single 90 cm bed). These bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and double basin, as well as a shower room with shower and basin.

🌿 Exterior: At the front of the house, a terrace with a 6.5 x 3.5 m saltwater pool, equipped with a safety cover. Enjoy a small table for 4, 6 deckchairs, 6 sunbeds and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. On the forest side, a second terrace offers ample space for outdoor meals, with a dining table for up to 12 people, benches, a plancha and a barbecue. An ideal setting for convivial moments with family or friends.
