🏡 Layout and comfort: This all-wood villa, with its warm, friendly style, can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises 3 bedrooms, in the main house, with integrated washbasins for added comfort. Two shower rooms complete the night space, ideal for stays with family or friends.
The light-filled, open-plan living area includes a lounge and dining room. This room opens directly onto a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying your evenings outside in style. An automatically-maintained lawn with robot and sprinkler system will keep you cool during your stay.
An outbuilding with its own suite (bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet) completes the Villa Marins service.

🌿 Exterior: The villa features a large wooden terrace, ideal for relaxing or sharing meals al fresco. The wooded surroundings add a touch of serenity to this family-friendly setting.

📍 Location: La Villa Marins enjoys a privileged location in the immediate vicinity of the Bassin d'Arcachon, perfect for walks and bike rides. You'll be :
- a 10-minute walk from the beach on the Bassin side
- 14 minutes by bike from the local market in Piraillan (open in summer)
- a 5-minute walk from local shops (bakery, mini-market, boutiques)
