The 48 m² apartment has two bedrooms: one on the first floor with a 140 cm double bed, and another upstairs with two 90 cm beds in the mezzanine, modular to suit your needs. A shower room with WC completes this level.
The mezzanine offers a space for relaxation or games, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
On the kitchen side, you'll find everything you need: fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave combi oven and washing machine, for hassle-free meal preparation.

🌿 Outside :
Outside, a sunny 10 m² terrace awaits you for your meals or to enjoy a quiet moment. The apartment also has a private parking space and a secure box for storing your bikes or other leisure equipment.
