A laundry room with separate entrance completes the space, making daily chores a breeze.
The sleeping area comprises three large, comfortable bedrooms and a spacious, modern shower room with a large walk-in shower. Separate WC. The entire villa is air-conditioned for absolute comfort in all seasons.
Independent annex : The fully independent annex features a spacious living room, including a lounge area with a convertible sofa, with a real mattress for the comfort of sleeping guests. This space also has a private shower room with walk-in shower and WC, a laundry room with washing machine.

🌿 Exteriors: The landscaped terraces and large wooded garden invite you to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. Whether for outdoor dining or moments of relaxation, these outdoor spaces are a true haven of peace. There's a terrace in the extension of the main house's covered living area, as well as an outdoor kitchen (under construction) that will perfect the convivial moments of guests' vacations.
