Discover Villa Mésanges: a fully renovated, comfortable family home in the center of Cap Ferret.
Capacity: up to 8 occupants.

📍 Ideal location to do everything on foot: You'll be 50 meters from the beach on the Bassin side, a 5-minute walk from the Cap Ferret landing stage, bars & restaurants, the local market (open every day from mid-June to mid-September between 8am and 1pm; the rest of the year, it's open on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays at the same times) and a 2-minute walk from local shops (mini-market, pharmacy, patisserie, various boutiques. The ocean with the famous Horizon beach is a 15-minute walk from the house.

🏠 Composition of the house: The main house has a beautiful living room on the first floor with a lounge area, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. Separate toilet.
The sleeping area is upstairs and comprises 3 bedrooms and an EDS with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
Bed sizes are as follows:
Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed, 2 square pillows, double comforter
Bedroom 2: 160cm bed, 2 square pillows, double comforter
Bedroom 3: 2 x 80×200 single beds that can be brought together to form a 160cm bed, 2 square pillows, 2 comforters for single beds and 1 comforter for a double bed.
An independent outbuilding makes up the 4 th bedroom with 2 80cm beds, a shower room with shower, basin and toilet.

🌿 Outside: Large wooden terrace with trees and flowers, offering a sheltered area for dining around a table. Chiliennes, plancha, parasol, outdoor shower for returning from the beach.

🔎 Equipment: Dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, induction hob with hood, toaster, kettle, crockery, washing machine, flat-screen TV in living room, internet.
