Villa Blanche Piquey

Welcome to this recently completed, spacious and modern architect-designed villa for up to 10 people. Perfectly located just a few steps from shops, beaches and the oyster-farming village of Piquey, this villa will seduce you with its large spaces, brightness and meticulous design.

🏡 Layout and comfort :
The vast living room, bathed in natural light, includes a relaxation area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Numerous bay windows open directly onto the terrace, extending the living space towards the pool and garden.
The sleeping area comprises 5 bedrooms divided into 3 distinct zones:
The first zone comprises one bedroom with two 90 cm beds (adjustable) and another with a 160 cm double bed. They share a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and separate toilet.
The second area is dedicated to the master suite, with a 180 cm bed, a large private bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and double washbasin, and a separate toilet. The suite also provides access to the terrace and swimming pool.
The third area includes two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds, sharing a bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

🌿 Exterior :
Outside, you'll enjoy meticulous landscaping with a secure swimming pool, covered by a 7×4 saltwater curtain. The villa also features a spacious terrace ideal for your relaxing moments with family or friends.

The neighborhood is perfect for enjoying the pleasures of the sea and nature. You're close to beaches, cycle paths and the charming oyster-farming village of Piquey. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking or cycling distance, as well as local producers where you can enjoy fresh oysters.
The ideal way to explore the area is by bike, and we recommend a partner offering free bike delivery directly to the villa.
